Package 1 - Concept. Our landscape architects will produce the most important drawings and matrices showing the proposed planting design, which will be the basis for your contractor to implement. The package includes the following:

Plant Palette - Matrix showing the list of names and pictures of proposed plants

Planting Plan - Layout arrangement of proposed plants

Furniture Schedule - List of proposed pots, planters, and other planting furniture

Rendered Perspectives - Realistic perspective drawings of how your space would look as per the design
Package 2 - Implementation. Our landscape architects and builders will develop and implement the planting design. This package contains everything in Package 1 plus the following:

Cost Estimates - Bill of quantities showing the overall cost of implementation

Site Implementation - We will manage the implementation as our chosen contractor will carry out the design on-site

Maintenance Booklet - A book of instructions on how to take care of the plants
Note: The ₱90,950 for Package 2 serves as the package fee and is deductible from the implementation cost. The cost for implementation will be provided in the Cost Estimates or Bill of Quantities once we have the final, approved design. The implementation payment is divided into two (2) installments. The first will be paid before the implementation starts, and the remaining will be paid upon project completion.

Plantscaping would cost roughly ₱3,000 - ₱5,000 per square meter (sqm), depending on the plant materials and furniture used.
These packages are for residential projects with a total area of up to 600 sqm only. For larger areas and other types of plantscaping services, such as commercial establishments and resorts, please email us here.
