RFP: 3-Storey House in Quezon City

We are seeking an architect to design a house for our client in Quezon City, Philippines. The details of the project are contained in this Request for Proposal & Project Brief package.

About the Request for Proposal (RFP) Package

The package is a downloadable ZIP file that includes the following documents:

• Request for Proposal & Project Brief
• CAD file of the property
• Site pictures
• Homeowners association guidelines for home construction

The documents provide the site information, project background, scope of work, design intent, submission requirements, site visit schedules, contact details, and evaluation criteria.

About the Project

The Client intends to develop a 3-storey residential building located in Quezon City, Philippines.

The development is to be built within a lot area of 300 square meters, with a target gross floor area of 450 square meters. The house is expected to be finished by Q1 2027.

The Client is seeking the services of a qualified architectural firm to lead the design and documentation of the house, from conceptual development through to construction documentation. Coordination with engineers and other design consultants will also form a key part of the scope of work.

Confidentiality Clause

All information contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP), and any information subsequently provided by Arkayv about this project, shall be treated as strictly confidential and used solely to prepare a proposal.

Respondents shall not disclose any such information to third parties without the prior written consent of Arkayv. Furthermore, all proposal documents submitted in response to this RFP shall become the property of Arkayv and will be kept confidential except as required by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Reservation of Rights

Arkayv reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw this RFP at any time and for any reason.

Arkayv also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received, to waive any formalities or irregularities, and to negotiate with one or more respondents, at its sole discretion. Issuance of this RFP does not constitute a commitment by Arkayv to award a contract, nor shall any respondent have any claim for reimbursement of proposal preparation costs or other expenses related to this process.
