A zen garden is a miniature stylized landscape created through carefully composed arrangements of rocks, water features, moss, pruned trees, and bushes. It uses gravel or sand raked to represent ripples in water.
The garden is usually relatively small, surrounded by a wall or buildings, and meant to be seen while seated from a single viewpoint outside the garden. It is intended to imitate the essence of nature, not its actual appearance, and to serve as an aid for meditation.
For a customized zen design of your yards and gardens, consider these 3 packaged offerings:
Package 1 - Concept. Our landscape architects will produce the most important drawings and matrices showing the proposed design, which will then serve as the basis for your landscape architect-of-record or landscape contractor to produce the technical drawings. The package includes the following:

Site Development Plan - Plan drawing that shows the proposed design of your space

Planting Plan - Layout arrangement of proposed plants

Rendered Perspectives - Realistic perspective drawings of how your space would look as per the design

Material & Furniture Schedule - List of proposed paving, wall materials, and outdoor furniture
Package 2 - Advanced. Our landscape architects will produce complete landscape drawings and collaborate with your contractor to build the design. This package includes everything in Package 1 plus the following:
- Contract Documents - Complete landscape documents and drawings needed for construction
- Cost Estimates - Bill of quantities showing the overall cost of construction
Package 3 - Construction. Our landscape architects and builders will develop, manage, and construct your zen garden. It also includes warranty and maintenance for all materials and services. This package includes everything in Packages 1 & 2 plus the following:
- Project Management - We will manage the project, from design conceptualization to construction
- Landscape Construction - Our chosen landscape contractor will build the design
- 3 Months Warranty - Workmanship and material defects will be augmented free of charge for the first 3 months after the last day of construction
- 6 Months Maintenance - We will maintain the beauty of your newly built garden for the first six months after the last day of construction
Note: The ₱195,950 for Package 3 is only the downpayment. The final fee will be included in the Cost Estimates or Bill of Quantities. The construction payment is divided into two (2) installments. The first will be paid before the construction starts, and the remaining will be paid upon the completion of the maintenance period.

Landscape construction would cost roughly ₱6,000 - ₱8,000 per square meter (sqm), depending on the design elements and materials used.
