Choose from the following cost-effective packages to craft the best water feature for your home:
Package 1 - Concept. Our landscape architects will produce the most important drawings and matrices showing the proposed water feature design, which will be the basis for your contractor to build. The package includes the following:

Plan & Details - A series of drawings, illustrations, and texts showing how the design will be constructed.

Materials Schedule - Pictures and list of proposed materials and finishes

Rendered Perspectives - Realistic perspective drawings of how the water feature would look as per the design
Package 2 - Construction. Our landscape architects and builders will develop and implement the design. This package contains everything in Package 1 plus the following:

Cost Estimates - Bill of quantities showing the overall cost of construction

Site Construction - Our chosen contractor will build the water feature design on-site
Note: The ₱150,950 for Package 2 is only the downpayment. The final fee will be included in the Cost Estimates or Bill of Quantities. The construction payment is divided into two (2) installments. The first will be paid before the construction starts, and the remaining will be paid upon project completion.

Construction of a water feature would cost roughly ₱25,000 - ₱45,000 per square meter (sqm), depending on the materials and finishes used.
