DANE LUMIBAO

I seized the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic as an opportunity to elevate my profession, where I started my independent practice, specializing in landscape design and construction management. I completed my Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of the Philippines at Diliman in 2012. I have overseen numerous landscape projects spanning residential, commercial, mixed-use, educational, and leisure developments.

Over eight years, I received invaluable training and mentorship from esteemed landscape architects in the country, including luminaries such as Jacko Zialcita, Paulo Alcazaren, and Efren Aurelio. I often attribute my confidence to witnessing the expertise of these landscape architects at work.

As a woman behind successful designs and well-executed construction projects, my optimism, empathy, and joyful demeanor have been instrumental to my career. My capacity to deeply understand the individuals and communities I serve has cultivated a designer's mindset within me.
